How to shop

Welcome! Shopping on our website is very easy.

I. Log in or create an account

You do not need to be logged in or registered to browse our products. If you wish to place an order, you do not need to register in advance. If you would like to create your own account without placing an order, you can register by clicking "Login" and then "Register" in the website header.

II. Product Search and Category List

At the top of the page, you will find a magnifying glass icon with a search field. Enter the name of the product or category you are looking for. You can also browse our products directly through the individual categories displayed in the green bar.

III. Product Quantity

After selecting a product, you can enter the desired quantity by clicking the "+" or "−" button.

IV. Purchasing Products

1) Click on a product to view detailed information about it.

2) Most products are offered in a standard form, but some products may have multiple variants. To order a specific product, you must select all required options. If only one option is available, the selection field will not be active.

3) Enter the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. This will be immediately reflected in the confirmation message and in the shopping cart overview in the upper-right corner of the page and in the right-hand sidebar.

4) You can now continue adding other products from our range or proceed to your shopping cart.

V. Shopping Cart

You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the website header. Here, you can adjust the quantity of ordered products or remove items from the cart.

VI. Creating and Submitting an Order

After reviewing your shopping cart, click "Continue". Then select your preferred delivery method, location, and delivery time. Please fill in all required contact and billing information. Please note that the "Name" field should contain your first and last name.

Finally, select your preferred payment method.

After submitting your order, you will see confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the invoice and order details will be sent to the email address you provided.

VII. Order Confirmation

After your order has been processed, you will receive a final order confirmation containing the delivery date and total price, including the price of the products, delivery method, delivery date and time, and payment method.

VIII. Order History and Account Settings

If you are a registered customer, "My Account" will appear in the website header next to the shopping cart after you log in. By clicking "My Account", you will be taken to your customer account page, where you can view your profile. Your profile contains your customer information and previous orders.
