1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how COOLBITE s.r.o. processes and protects the personal data of visitors to the El Hanout online shop and its customers.

1.2 The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and related Czech legislation.

Depending on how the online shop is used, we may process, in particular:

information related to complaints or withdrawal from a contract,

Creating a customer account is not a requirement for a normal purchase if the online shop allows orders to be placed without registration.

Payment-related information may be provided to payment service providers to the extent necessary to process or verify the payment.

The seller does not have access to payment card details to the extent that such information is processed directly by the relevant payment service provider.

For the purpose of delivering an order, necessary customer information may be provided to a carrier or other delivery service provider.

Only information necessary for proper delivery is provided.

9. COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
